Black Hole Boogie Band

Black Hole Boogie Band is an instrumental jazz-funk fusion group from Denver, Colorado, formed in the summer of 2023. The five-piece is fronted by a horn section of Nate McMahon on tenor saxophone and EWI and Braden Barrentine on trombone and keys, alongside Jordan Lovinger on guitar, James Berry on bass and Dillon DeFelice on drums. Its debut album Protostar was released in March 2026 on Octave Records.
